I tell you know Michael B Jordan is going to be a name to remember in the filming industry of composers. He orchestrated a beautiful symphony of tunes in people and artistry. Kudos to him and the staff of writers.

The movie was phenomenal! A period piece that examines the life of black people during this era with the element of supernatural was done extremely well! Coogler and MBJ are a duo that’s become unmatched!

The twists and plots had me gasping a lot! The writing and the directing is so intentional with culture and legacy, bringing in hoodoo - with respect and depth. Ancestral veneration, Black history, candles, altars, mojo bags—That grounding in physical ritual… it’s powerful, especially when it’s not sensationalized but honored.
