I really appreciated the storytelling of this movie. Lady Macbeth by nature is a twisted character, and you learn exactly why.The cinematic choices for highlighting the tension and suspense were clever, however the absolute lack of music in the background, for me, made the film feel as if it was moving at a snail's pace. There was certainly action, and torment, and intrigue. But it was slow.

A very chilling movie...Some audience members would laugh at some scenes but if they paid attention, they'd notice the nuances of each scene and changing character development. I think that the changes in many characters happened a bit too quickly but that's the time limitations in a movie rather than a series.

I didn't know it was a bit of a horror type movie and wasn't one that I would normally see.

It was dark.
