I was a young child when Kiss made their start. It was a new exciting story. I actually really loved this movie. I brought along my 15 year old, she also loved it. Her world revolves around music. Like every generation before. “You hear a particular song and it brings you back to that moment in your life” great job.

The film captured one of the aspect of the music industry during the 70's. Well written. The characters were believable. I appreciate that the singing artist performed each song in their own voice and interpretations, instead of lip sync . It left me engaged throughout the film and reminiscing the era. I also appreciate that it was focused on love and passion, instead of drugs and alcohol.

"Spinning Gold" has an energetic performance from actor Jeremy Jordan as music exec Neil Bogart. Great soundtrack and the film's aesthetics and costumes brings you to the era of the late '60s and '70s days of the disco era. The film is opening up on March 31st, so for those of you not into the new Dungeons & Dragons movie that also is coming out that weekend, can be a good alternate choice!
