Spielberg is back with his best film in years, somehow making an old story feel both fresh and classic at the same time.

Very well done ! Not a remake but a fresh modern version of a classic . Cinematography was amazing , as usual for Spielberg , the songs were a compliment to the story and didn’t take over the movie . The only complaint is the Spanish language , I felt subtitles would have been better ; a sentence here and there was ok but when it drew out Spanish folks in the audience were laughing and I was lost

West Side Story is awesome. Dazzling opening dance number and the visual is beautifully stunning. Highly recommend.
