Very funny movie. A perfect watch for teens who are not only still trying to figure themself out but just need a great laugh.

The movie spoke to me on so many levels. As an educator, the Woody Harrelson character represents how we sometimes feel and typically act towards our students. Maybe rough on the outside but we are there for them when they really need us. The white teenager reminds me how some of today's youth have not suffered and yet they are miserable and makes everyone around them feel the same. It needed to be made clearer that they two kids were twins. I laughed a lot and feel sad accordingly for the main character. I enjoyed the film and will recommend to others.

It was a great movie, totally hilarious. Woody Harrelson was great. All characters were good, reminded me what it was like to be a teenager. Fun movie, definitely recommend

I truly enjoyed this movie! I had seen the trailer multiple times on Hulu and to be honest, the trailer doesn't do the movie justice. It is funny.It is serious. It is awkward. It seriously takes you back to your own growing up pains - the really high highs and the really low lows. Hailee Steinfeld, as Nadine, is brilliant - the quirkiness of her character and all the different emotions - very heartfelt. Being a teacher myself, Woody Harrelson, as Mr. Bruner, said all the things we wish we could say. The little nuances - a look, the pencil sharpener, the way you could tell he was laughing on the inside but trying to keep it together because Nadine would be serious. Some of the characters seemed really old to be high school students - Hayden Szeto (Irwin) and Alexander Calvert (Nick). Everyone has a crazy mom and Kyra Sedgwick (Nadine's mom) truly embodied that. Great film - definitely go see it!!
