Beautiful movie about mourning and healing. How ones deal with these topics are so personal and yet universal. The scenery is breathtaking and the acting superb.

Beautiful scenery. Well-acted. Interesting characters.

Land is the directorIal debut of actress Robin Wright. It is a tale about grief and loss that leads Evee to go off the grid in the mountains. The film has gorgeous cinematography while at the same time feeling atmospheric. The film also has a great western score which fits perfectly. Robin Wright and Demian Richir absolutely nailed their performances. I did feel like at times the film dragged on with some scenes but Robin Wright shows that she is a fantastic director and that the future of Hollywood may be women, I would highly recommend this great drama.

Slow, but got me to the point. I could feel her pain. Very well done!
