A lovely Asian Cinderella movie that was well cast, paced and visually appealing. Better than I expected from a Hollywood flick, actually had a Bollywood feeling at times.

It was very funny but romantic. The actors and actresses were amazing! I loved ever moment!

This movie is so relatable to me! I am half Asian & I have experienced the Asian snub for being American. I thought the movie was funny & heart wrenching. The story was eccentric but still grounded. I loved Michelle Yeoh, Constance Wu, Henry Golding, Awkwafina, Ken Jeung, Nico Santos & Gemma Chan. A look into the modern day Asian culture with emphasis on family & friends with a mix of tradition.
