I have not read the book but I did see the original movie. I was really pleased with the updates and the jumpy parts made me laugh instead of cringe. I'm probably going to see it again.

I am not usually a fan of horror movies, but this movie was funny, exciting, and terrifying all at the same time. Definitely a must see for pretty much everyone.
