I liked the story, the cinematography, and the experience of the 70s on film. I thought it was a good story but it felt a little cliche and wrapped up too nicely in a bow at the end ... also not sure how I feel about having Beth serve as narrator. I liked her character and how she looked up to him as a teen and how their relationship evolved when she moved to NY ... but her summary at the end .... we are all where are supposed to be ... seemed random and weak as an ending.

I like the story of trying to fit in with your family knowing how different you are to them. You thinking they won't accept who you are but in the end they shock you and accept you, because you are family.

A great depiction of the 70s and how different things are today. America has come a long way!
