This is a great representation of the Latinx and Hispanic population and the struggles we go through. It depicts how we got shut down, but instead of running, we stayed, fought, and endured what hit us. It shows our culture and our people in one single beautiful musical. I love this well-written, sung, and played musical. 100 percent recommend.

Nothing can break the spirit of the Latinx community and this film proves it. No matter who leaves, who comes, who stays, a community is stronger and better by the people who live and excel in it. In the Heights was refreshing and uplifting.
