It wasn't all that scary. I find whenever a movie fully reveals the creature/demon in a horror movie, it becomes more absurd than scary.

Other than the lead kid, the kids were uncharismatic. The cgi was poor, especially Otto's death. It had the Blumhouse look and feel which was tired. Just not really a compelling story.
