Brilliant and with important lessons and representation!

The sound was in and out in portions. Overall the movie was amazing.

It blew my expectations out of the water. I was already a fan of the musical, but this film felt like a love letter to Latino culture, to immigrants, to New York City and to our families. Every scene was a beautiful, colorful spectacle and my jaw dropped multiple times. Easily my favorite movie adaptation of a musical yet. We need more stories like these, and we have for a long time.
