My husband and I saw this film - this is his review and I agree 100%he Kitchen- A lot's cooking in this kitchen but the food's pretty bland. 1st there was very little chemistry between the women- besides their common bond of being mob wives they never came across as friends. 2nd none of the characters seemed quite fleshed out. Good twist ending, so It's watchable but make it a matinee.

Hard to explain, other than you go in expecting a comedy and it definitely was not. While I understand, it ms about mob life in NYC, the many killings and gun shots during the film were upsetting given the recent shootings around the country. Towards the end of the movie , it became a dark film so I wasn’t not a fan.

Great performances by all and the action scenes were great. The film was a bit slower than I thought it would be (the previews gave an impression of a bit more action) and some of the scenes felt short and like the plot was jumping ahead too quickly. But overall I enjoyed the film and the screening experience.

It holds your attention and you never get bored watching.
