This movie had so much potential. Escape rooms are a fun idea but this movie soon turned torturous to watch. I was offended by how bad the writing was. It was so scattered, forcing laughs unnecessarily. The characters were not true to themselves. It was a remake of Cube but much less original. Trying to stuff the last 3 minutes with a huge twist & sequel plot was lazy. Very disappointed.

Sony screened this to me in 2018 to already have this in consideration as my “worst of 2019 list”Unfinished CGI, unrealistically and unnatural characters who never seem to face real struggles, making me hard to even cheer for these characters. I’m cool off this one, ya’ll should be too.

It lacked.

I thought it was basically a remake or a mix of Saw and nerve movie. It falls under those categories. I thought it was boring it was like seen parts of Saw with the touch of nerve. I would definitely not recommend it.
