The movie was very entertaining and kept me engage. I understand that it is part of a series and I have seen the previous movies. However, I don't remember the specifics of the other movies. That didn't matter because I was fully engaged with what happened. Great movie!

Very ambitious thematically. Less fun than most of the other Alien movies, though.

The beginning was a little slow but the action was really great! Too bad James Franco wasn't in it for a better role.
