Neon Demon was interesting; Drive meets high fashion. The aesthetic was awesome but it could have benefited from cutting back the use of extended pauses to increase their potency. Thank you for the tickets :)

I liked it.

Oh boy. Even more style, and even less substance than Only God Forgives. At least the stills from this movie will make great wallpapers

As the movie began I was totally enthralled with the filming of it....bright white scenes, dark scenes, heavy music, light music. It had such a flow, beauty and mystery about it. I know the story is an analogy to do with the modeling business - the jealousies etc. This film had EVERYTHING in it...beauty, ugly, love, hate, necrophilia, murder, seducement, canibalism etc. It was a little much.
