It's definitely realistic

Everything escalated at the end

I could see what the film was trying to accomplish however, it failed to strike a chord or conjure up any real emotion. The characters were all so miserable and angry from the outset, that when conflict in the form of cancer, long buried secrets coming to light actually arose, I didn’t care\r\rIf the writer and directors intended to make a movie that was depressing and miserable from beginning to end with no discernible high or low points than they succeeded. \r\rWith that said, the cinematography and acting were fantastic.

Very slow. I hated the ending
