This movie showed the essence of true love and the struggle to be accepted as equals in our society today. It showed just short we still have to reach to be equals.

I liked it. The subject matter was very serious and sad. Thankfully there was some comic relief, as it was needed and helped to break up the sad tone. The actor performances were excellent.
