Beautifully scripted. Funny and sad.

For my taste I did not like the constant references to titties and masturbation, but overall it was a very good coming-of-age film. I loved the storyline and I think it is highly relatable to older teens and young adults. I recommended it to my 23-year-old son. The actors were great and there was superb camerawork - capturing the scenes from unique angles.

It was a cute movie

I was emotionally exhausted (in a good cathartic way)! from trying to sob quietly during film. Quirky like Napolean Dynamite, tearjerker like Love Story (w/ Ali McGraw), touching as all get-out. Emotion was conveyed thru the silences. I was laughing/ chuckling as tears trickled down my cheek. Collective consciousness and sense of community established via audible sniffling throughout theatre.
