The pace of the movie dragged. It was somewhat predictable. It became interesting when Cal's family came into the picture. This is probably because they gave more substance to what may be going on. Just needed more background as to why she was on the run.

While I liked that Jean’s character grew to rely on her instincts, and displayed a will to overcome, other parts of the movie were lacking. I understand the attempt to not give the storyline away, or give away the ending, but it’s as if the writers didn’t really try when it came to dialogue and interaction. The best thing about the film is that Jean was a character you wanted to root for.
