Great visual effects. Story was better than expected. A couple of twist i didn't expect from the movie. However, the score was fantastic! but the soundtrack music choice was CRINGY! Other then that, out of 10 t was a 7.5-8 for me.

Although it takes a little bit of time to get a grasp the tone of the movie, once in the film becomes an adventure story it really hits its stride. Some of the humor doesn’t quite land all of the time, but overall it is well acted with intriguing characters that you really come to root for. The story is ambitious and the culminating battle is truly epic.

Good movie overall. Good performance by Jason. Great directing and visuals. Story was basic but the humor and fight choreography kept me in it. The score was horrible ... Who picked the Africa song during the arrival to the Sahara? The cgi in the beginning with his father was atrocious. Despite the negatives and some moments of cheesiness, I really enjoyed it.

The movie is much more fantasy-grounded that I anticipated based on the released trailer. I suppose audiences can get used to the candy color and neon themed of Atlantis since James Cameron had introduced the world of Pandora to movie goers. The Black Manta battle scene in Italy was the best part of the movie.
