The plot was very disjointed and had little logic to it. It seemed like everything happened just because the story needed it so "something cool could happen," not because it made sense or flowed. The CGI, for a movie with a budget of $300 million, was horrendous at times. It got a bit better as it went on, but it was still a bad movie.

It was okay it wasn’t Great

As a big superhero and DCEU fan I was very disappointed. Too rushed. Steppenwolf was a waste of a villain, he was embarrassing no logical motivation. There was barley a dive into great DC loreThe movie really didn’t get you invested into the characters. Any character emotional moment was ruined by quips. Especially when Clark comes back. When Lois asked what was death like? “Itchy”... really?

Poor CGI. Poor Villain motivation, poor villain power. He was your classic useless generic CGI villain even though his character has great comic book history. Any emotional character moment would get ruined by an unnecessary useless quip. Couldn’t get invested into the movie. Cavill’s “moustache” CGI was horrible. Really left a bad stamp on film. CGI in general was terribleTHERE WAS NO REALISM
