The dark, atmospheric mood of the film fit the subject: a woman on the run trying to escape the fallout of her husband's shadowy criminal life. The plot started getting tangled halfway through and some of the encounters either weren't explained or didn't make sense. The offspring of a White man and a Black woman didn't look convincingly biracial, not even a little.

Very slow. Baby crying all the time was annoying.

Enjoyable drama!

I thought the movie was a little slow but I was hooked to find out what would happen. Overall, the movie was well made.
