Felt like the story wasn't complete.

It’s a good coming of age movie.

3.5 stars\r\rSome of the last basketball game didn't make sense for what it was supposed to be saying unless I'm even worse at following basketball than I thought. Also the whole switchup was a bit much.\r\rSomebody watched If Beale Street Could Talk multiple times while filming or editing, but it didn't really work and instead just made me think, hmm I should watch IBSCT again.\r\rJust one of those times when you like a movie okay, but you really feel like it could have been much better. It wouldn't let me answer the recommend to others question, but despite above, I actually would.

I really enjoyed this movie.
