Amazing! Powerful! So necessary! It's such a rich and real celebration of community and culture. A movie that I can finally see myself, my family, and the joys of my community in. I can't wait to see it again!

In the Heights is a phenomenal showcase of the Latino experience in the U.S. In the face of gentrification, first generation college bound students, being a representative for the Latino people and staying true to Latino culture, the characters are real and the music keeps you dancing (and singing).\rI would totally recommend this film and encourage everyone to glimpse the modern Latino experience!

Super fun. Great acting, singing, and choreography. Anthony Ramos truly shines as Usnavi. The rest of the cast was great esp Corey Hawkins as Benny, Daphne Rubin-Vega as Daniela, and Olga Merediz as Abuela Claudia. Lots of fun cameos. And what a special surprise that end credit and cameo was. Can't wait to see this again in the theatres.
