Beautiful, sensual!My favorite scene was the twisting of the fork as he ate the poisoned omelette. Such a strange twist to the story as he accepts/ enjoys being poisoned.My friend that accompanied me is generally very astute, but failed to grasp the earlier mistress in the beginning and never understood that his sister was living/ working with him. Perhaps that's why she did not give a great rating as we left the theater. "Incomplete"?Enjoyed it-Thank you!

Phenomenal. I liked the atmosphere that Paul Thomas Anderson created for the film. The performances were impressive, especially Lesley Manville and Vicky Krieps since they were not in my radar. Daniel Day Lewis is impeccable as he has us accustomed to his acting style. The phantom thread is what bind us into loving relations and this depiction is delicate and distinct. Only Almodóvar has been able to depict unconventional love stories as this one.

I thoroughly enjoyed it It exceeded my expectations. I only hope this is not the last cinema work of Daniel Day Lewis. The pace and continuity were spot on.

Loved the cinematography, acting, and visual beauty of each scene. This is a fabulous movie and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
