This film has so many layers and unfortunately so many people who may watch the film will miss it. The Meyers is a peaceful African American family who loves into an all white community. The town’s people are in an uproar about their presence, and while many people are not upset about their presence in the community, no one stands up for the injustice the family has to endure. Comic satire with a interesting twist of physco.

This was no comedy. It was a thoughtful commentary on social issues juxtapose to a murder mystery. It was awkward and uncomfortable as the discussion about racism often can be. Filled with symbolism and amazing acting this allegory is a story worth watching with friends followed by a discussion over good food and drinks.
