It was an interesting movie about coming of age in the late 70s and a mother trying to still feel relevant as she ages. It is interesting, But at the same time not a movie for everybody.

I honestly was disappointed with the movie. I feel that it could have been much better. Annette Benning was OK and I didn't think it was her strongest performance at all. It definitely had some good parts of the movie which I enjoyed. I just don't think I would recommend it to my friends though.
