I'm surprised I enjoyed Sound of Metal as much as I did. From the look of the cover and the title, I didn't think it would be my kind of movie but I couldn't take my eyes off the screen.

I did not expect to like this movie at all but instead I loved it. A beautiful emotional movie. I also ;loved how the deaf community was represented in this movie. I only wish the buffering during the screening could be non- existent.

Sound of Metal is a tragic in-depth depiction of a musician losing his hearing, and his attempts to get his sound & life back.

It was so in depth. I thought it was a great performance and showed the process with sound to where the audience could fully understand then trying to restore hearing. I like that it touch on drug addiction, and alcoholism. Great movie.
