A teenager life experience movie that could help others understand how to overcome heartbreaks.

This made me feel so much nostalgia for those feelings of first love and all the confusion of the new feelings. I enjoyed how it didn't paint things in roses and sweetness, but had the mixed emotions of something new. This wasn't an extravagant love story, and I really appreciated that. I definitely want to seek out the novel the film was based on. Definitely will recommend to others.

Thoughtful, heart aching, redemptive. Brought me back to the love and pain of my young relationships. From my perspective (as a female), I related more to the male character, Henry. I find that Grace’s character, as a female who participates in therapy and introspection, was able to articulate the trauma and obstacles that ultimately stunted the growth of her’s and Henry’s relationship. I wonder if males would gain much insight by watching this film.
