Not for me, but I can see it having a YA audience. What was with all the spitting. Gross.

At times it felt crass or like it was trying to be modern and shocking. Also, from my perspective, there was no reason to frame the story as though it was related in any way to Lady Jane Grey since it was entirely hypothetical and incorporated fantasy elements. I would have preferred it to have abandoned the real-life historical figures all together. In the end, I paid attention for the first 20 minutes or so, and then quickly lost interest. I had my phone out and found myself getting up to take care of things in other rooms while the show played.

If your audience is young teens? you nailed it. It’s way too cheesy from the acting to the lines. Even the music and the narrator’s tone. I found it hard to keep watching.

I was looking forward to the film but found it to be very disappointing. I noticed that some people left before half way through the film. I didn't think the story was worth telling.
