Great overall family movie, especially for Halloween season. The new cast creates a great chemistry that allows you to try and relate to the characters. To that note, the only thing the movie needed a bit more of is more Jack Black! Hopefully in a sequel? :)

It is a great family movie. The movie was funny as well as had some suspense. I went with my grandchildren who were 6 and 8. They were a tiny bit scared but loved the movie!
