Was just spectacular

Tugs on the heart strings of all dog owners! Reminds us all why dogs are man's best friend.

The message of the story came off a litte mixed on what was suppose to me the main focus. At the beginning of the film it came off as the parent and child bond was very strong, however that gets lost when the main character is going through his journey of survival. Throughout the film you get lost in the survival aspect and the bond with the wolf and him. The bond at the end could've been brought to a better close to show that closer bond. Life is earned is not the best message, my opinion.

More like 3 1/2... Enjoyed the build up including the character/world development and the expansive landscapte. However, I felt that the reunification scene could have been stronger as well as the subsequent scene in the medicine "tent". The closing scene with the "new" tribe was AMAZING!
