Wonderful musical that Sparks right from the humble beginning to a splash finish. Let the show go on to the road to the Oscar race.

As a film it was lovely. Nice to watch, great soundtrack. Socially, perhaps a bit problematic but a good movie all around!

The narrative arc is limited, but the singing is great and there are a few special moments. Individual scenes don't make a great whole, but it is a great message and a family film needed more now that ever. Take the kids!
