I was so excited to see "Manchester by the Sea" after hearing so much buzz about it. I saw it last night and was not disappointed. This tragic story about loss was done so well without being syrupy. Casey Affleck is amazing and there is talk of an Oscar for this performance. He doesn't say much but his acting speaks volumes. This movie felt too much like real life. A must

Casey Affleck was SO GOOD. Lucas Hedges was the perfect pick. Michelle Williams showed incredible emotion. The storyline was amazing. I loved everything about it.

excellent...fantastic acting & cinematography

A very sombre drama with some light humor about a man who has his past tragedy revisited upon his brother's untimely death. Casey Affleck has a great performance as do the supporting cast.
