Excellent movie!

An excellent movie that's visually spectacular with a wonderful score and a story that really pulls at the heartstrings. It was Fun, funny and such an adventure, and a nice call back to the sci fi movies of the 80s where mystery and adventure were fundamental to the core of the story.

I went into Elio expecting a fun space adventure, but what I got was something a lot more heartfelt. Elio is a beautifully weird story about a kid who doesn’t fit in — and ends up representing Earth to a galaxy full of aliens. As an adult, I really connected with how it explores identity and feeling misunderstood. It’s gentle, funny, and quietly emotional in that signature disney Pixar way.

Sweet movie. Kids loved it. Good values.
