Excellent

This finding-a-purpose film succeeds admirably, with an outstanding performance by Cliff Curtis as Genesis, bolstered by fine performances which include James Rolleston (Mana) and Wayne Happi (Ariki) among others, and an added bonus, the backdrop is New Zealand with its indigenous people, the Maori.

I was completely surprised by this movie. I knew nothing about it in advance. It was fascinating and very informative. Sometimes I found it hard to understand the actors however. It could have been the theater sound system. Not sure.

Really liked it loved how it was filmed and loved the key story behind it all that learning to be happy with the life you have because it’s beautiful even when you don’t see it
