It was really well written..Slow build up to climax. Not predictable.Overall good

The best part of THE WITCH was its authentic dialogue exchanges based on its historically correct context of 18th century New England spoken words. Director Robert Eggers has created a rather errie and atmospheric witchcraft film that surpasses any recent over-produced found footage cheapies. This was very refreshing!
