Visually stunning. And Ryan Reynolds was fantastic. But the dialogue inbetween was rough and at times the drama was so over the top that all I could think was how ridiculous it all was. The end scene where the Dad and son were reunited I was laughing at how cheesy and over the top it was. Also. He doesn't know what his Dad's Voice sounds like?

The story is the same as many before and there were some disconnect between the main lead role and the supporting role. There were some funny moments, but the story line drag.

I think it was a good movie. The CG was fantastic, and Pikachu was hilarious. If definitely recommend it.

I was absolutely delighted during the first act, but felt the rest of the movie didn't quite live up to its beginning. Even so, I had a lot of fun.
