It was refreshing to see a comedic perspective to a very real and serious issue facing teens today.

Too much foul language exchange between family members. This is either unrealistic or an extreme minority occurance.Funny and twisting plots. Movie studio would earn more money if target to teenager. Not a family movie.

I thought that it did a very good job of telling a modern coming out/coming of age story from various different perspectives

The movie was funny but more importantly about issues children face today. Children coming out with their sexually can be extremely difficult, so I think with this film it may help ease the tension.
