Well acted, but a bit depressing.

This is not the movie for the majority, especially the millennials, who tend to favor big-budget action flicks. As a long-time movie goer and TV viewer, I have some liking for Woody Harrelson. His performance in this movie is going to get some Oscar nods.

I wasn't expecting much from this movie but I was surprised the child actors were really great! Better than the grown ups in my opinion. It's really a story of what really happens in modern day america. I was surprised this was based on real life. I did expect a little more out of Brie, i think her biggest moment was when she yelled out during the arm wrestling match. Good movie overall. 3/5
