The movie was a delight. We were expecting a comedy, and it was funny to be sure, but much more than that. It was both light and amusing at the same time as bittersweet sad, all the more touching given that it was a true story. Simon Helberg as the pianist is a scene stealer!

Meryl Streep shows her acting versatility in this story based on true events. Surrounded by key enablers the movie has a "voice" of its own, with humorous reactions, especially from the pianist, and also provides inspiration in the pursuit of one's dream.

A fun film in which Meryl Streep runs away with the show. You will find yourself cheering for the characters, and the story will steal your heart.

Streep and Grant were very believable.
