Started off first 40 minutes without much action,but the rest was excellent

I was entertained by this movie, but wish it gave more background information as to where these creatures came from and the status of the rest of the world. I view it as a rental movie instead of spending money at the theater. It wasn’t magnificient, but it wasn’t bad either.

Well done for the most part. Would like to have known HOW the creatures got here in the first place and WHY they were here. Just to kill living organisms? Certainly not to eat vegetation. Was problem totally resolve? We were left to ASSUME Emily Blunt's character and her children would kill them all, but that would be very improbable with so many - how many? World wide? Don't know.

There's no story plot. The characters weren't developed. The movie was hard to follow. The only part of the movie that made sense was that you couldn't make any noise. If the movie had an established plot or the characters were developed we would've known the reason why this occurred,ie,the how,why,when and what happened. Although not a good movie,It was entertaining.
