I liked the ensemble cast. I'm normally not a Mark Whalberg fan especially when he headlines a movie but the additional cast members definitely helped Whalberg's acting. He normally just plays your typical Boston Southie stereotype but this time he widened his range with the help of the ensemble.

Great visuals, great BGM, Good movie.

The movie was excellent. John Malkovick, Mark Wahlberg and Kurt Russel were simply awesome. The only thing I felt was missing in the movie was showing the extent of the devastating effects of BP oil spills on the environment as an aftermath. It was important to show the environmental effects more to show how corporate greed affects our lives.

Riveting, jarring, makes one cringe in the theater seat. The scope of the disaster portrayed this way is overwhelming. It felt good to be given a view of the current lives of a few of the portrayed characters since the disaster.
