I had no sound

the screening never came on!!! very frustrating. was watching minutes count down and it got to 0:00 but nothing happened. Very strange and disappointed

I got disconnected and could not watch the film. Disappointing

Thanks for making this preview available. I'm sorry that my wife and I didn't like the movie. We turned it off and discontinued watching after about a half-hour. At 2 hours and 20+ minutes, it's quite a commitment, and the first half-hour did not justify confidence that that commitment would be rewarded. The first half-hour's content was not interesting, and we didn't hear any music in that time that we liked in the least. My opinion was that if the Sparks inexplicably have been largely unknown to the public, that seems entirely justified. I'm sorry to be a nattering nabob of negativism.
