I was so disappointed that you wouldn’t let me in a few minutes after the movie started! If you are going to cut people off like that, you should be very clear in your communications with them that if they don’t join by x o’clock they will lose their chance to see the film. Maybe put it in bold or something! If I had known that I would have redoubled my efforts to log in on time. As it was, I was very sad I got rejected. I really wanted to see this movie, & I can’t understand why you wouldn’t accommodate people on something so simple as this.

I have no idea. My countdown screen had no start button anywhere & I was unable to see the movie.
