Very touching movie on what occurs when someone goes deaf. I like how at the end he realized how 'NOT' hearing could be bring him peace. I wish there was a followup where they both went back and thanked the old guy.

Really well done showing how individuals adapt to circumstances in life. Real story of personal evolution.

It was an interesting movie. Right now because of the times i am looking forwards to new movies for entertainment. It showed the life of someone who loses his hearing. I have a friend's husband that has a cochlear implant and I feel I learned something about dealing with deafness in real life.

This was a touching drama which was very thought provoking in the way it told this young mans story of transitioning from a normal life to a life with a significant disability. It also caused me to reflect on the life and its many gifts and how things can change so quickly. It was well done. I had hoped for a little more on where he ended up.
