Highly enjoyed this film. I am usually not big on romantic comedies, and that!!! Would be an understatement, but, I really loved this movie. So much so in fact, that I will be seeking out this director's previous two films.. he is a young director from ireland, that I am sure was raised on the 80s films of john hughes as other similar "brat pack" films, he wears those influences quite proudly.

Very cute coming of age movie about a boy and his band..... and a girl, of course. Filled with 80's modern rock tunes, as well as a couple original songs by the band. A soundtrack that's worth buying the whole CD!

It was a terrific story that you can do anything you put your energy into. A pretty gal and a young man's infatuation for her and for music tied it all together.

A fun and enjoyable movie with a decent '80's soundtrack... I enjoyed it much more than I thought that I would!
