Had a few issues as far as frozen screen mid movie. Interesting story line. A sad but true to life story.

As a person who suddenly awoke one day with a severe hearing loss, I was able to relate to many of the experiences of Ruben, the main chaaracter.This movie brought to the forefront the trials and tribulations of Deaf people, as well as a good sampling of Deaf culture. I did find however, that the immersion program that Rubin was a part of was a bit disconcerting. It felt almost like a cult in some respects. Also, the relationship between Ruben and his girlfriend, Lou, and what happened at the end was believable. The movie had good acting and is a good lesson in Deaf culture for Hearing people.

I enjoyed the movie. I thought it was very well done and the acting was very good.

It was very interesting but drayged on a little bit. It could of been a not so long.
