The movie had a great concept but I felt like there was a disconnect between my self and the main character. Hong chau was great but i didnt enjoy Matt Damon very much

It’s a good Alexander Payne movie. One that you wish he’d lighten up on being married to the script and the dialogue on the page rather than allowing the talented cast members to improv and adlip a little. I’m sure most people from the screener will also say it’s a bit too long - but if you cut anymore from the backend of the movie, the whimsy nature of the second act will be a big problem. nick W

A humbling experience, great for the holidays.

Important movie, but it will win more awards than make money at the box office. Wish I had seen a screening of this movie months ago—would have edited if differently.
